It's okay
Published on September 24, 2004 By CamMeg In Personal Relationships
In any relationship you are in whether it be you and a member of your family, your partner or a co~worker frustration happens it's inevitiable. At times it can be extremely difficult to tolerate depending on what the foundation of the frustration may be. The key to unraveling these negative feelings is communication. It may be just your issue and the other individual may be ignorant to why your frustrated or it could be their issue.

The bottomline is regardless who has the issue it needs to be communicated. When your frustrated stress level rise which is incredibly unhealthy. It's ok to vent as long as you do so in a way it's not going to hurt the other person involved because when you do you have created an entirely new set of issues that need to be dealt with equaling more stress and negativity.

Whatever may be frustrating you all I ask each of you who read this is take a deep breath exhale and think for a moment those who are close to you and Love you already know and understand.

We all get this way at one time or another your not alone but the way you react is all you and your choice.

Yes meditation helps in stress management. Sometiems when I am frustrated I like to take a step back and remove myself from the situation, rather than let the situation get voilite.

Absolutely mgosh I agree totally~!~ I myself try to turn the energy into something positive whether it is going for a walk, cleaning or making a wonderful meal or baked good . It's important to keep the positivity flowing. Within the workplace of course these particular examples are not possible. So I say yes a deep breath and if necessary excusing yourself for a few moments to regroup.

Thanks for the reply.

Have a great day~!~
